Lifelong Learning Centre offers a range of programmes.
We have 4 pillars namely:
- Workforce Development Programmes. These programmes supporting Technical and Vocational Education Initiatives (TVEIs), Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and private training centres to develop and conduct pre-employment training (PET) and continuing education and training (CET) programmes to meet demand of job markets for skills mastery and professional certification leading to employment as well as upskilling and reskilling.
- Community Development Programmes. These programmes or short courses are based on community needs and development principles for social inclusion, equity and cohesion.
- Academic Upgrading Programmes. These programmes are designed towards enabling youths, school leavers & adult learners access to multiple pathways to enter TVEIs and HEIs for academic attainment, which includes bridging programmes and academic upgrading programmes such as G.C.E ‘O’, ‘A’ & ‘IGCSE’ evening/weekend classes.
- Personal Development Programmes. Personal development is a vital part of individuals’ growth and progression. Individuals are encouraged to explore jey areas of self-improvement to feel fulfilled in personal life such as building up one’s area awareness, knowledge and skills as well as an overall sense of identity. These programmes are designed to cater those needs.

You can sign up to any of the programmes offered by clicking the ‘Programmes’ tab and then click the ‘apply’ button of the programme of interest depending on your type of funding. It will direct you to the application page where you will need to fill out an online form.
You will receive a notification email from L3C after form submission.
Training provider will contact you if your application was successful after enrolment deadline.
Applicants can either join the programme either by self-funding or by applying for MPEC funding assistance for sponsorship.
Applicants can apply for funding by filling out the sponsorship online form for jobseekers, sponsorship online form for local employees in private sector or the sponsorship online form for company. This will depend on the applicants meeting the minimum eligibility criteria set by MPEC.
Yes, you can apply through L3C or directly to the training provider but by self-funding only.
