To provide an overview of the professional field of work-based learning, more specifically workforce development for innovation and change, in order to remain competitive in the new economy. This includes the work-based learning strategies for individual and organisational development. Students will be involved in identifying work-based learning strategies for innovation and change to address the impact of workplace digitalization.
Public Policy for Innovation Management aims to develop a learner’s knowledge and ability to analyse policy problems, formulate and appraise policy decision making, and understand the nature of the policy-making process in innovation contexts.
To introduce students to the principles that underpin core areas of business and management, and familiarize with all aspects of business operations and resource allocations in order to manage innovatively in the digital economy.
