Borang permohonan bagi pekerja tempatan yang berkhidmat sepenuhnya di sektor swasta /  Application form for local employee working in the private sector

1. Borang ini adalah khusus bagi perkerja tempatan yang berkhidmat sepenuhnya di sektor swasta termasuk i-ready perantis. / This form is only applicable to local employee working in the private sector including i-ready apprentice.

2. Pekerja tempatan hendaklah terdiri daripada rakyat atau penduduk Kebawah duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam / The local employee must be a citizen or permanent resident of the government of His Majesty Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam.

3. Pekerja tempatan berkenaan hendaklah berumur diantara 16 ke 55 tahun. / The local employee must be aged between 16 to 55 years old.

4. Pekerja tempatan dan syarikat berkenaan hendaklah mencarum ke tabung amanah perkerja. / The local employee and company must contribute to the employee trust fund.

5. Majikan hendaklah berdaftar di ROCBN. / The employer must be registered under ROCBN.

6. Syarikat hendaklah berdaftar ke Portal Business Reporting. / The company must be registered under the Business Reporting (BR) Portal.

7. Pekerja tempatan di sektor swasta hendaklah melampirkan surat sokongan dari majikan beserta cop syarikat. / The local employee in the private sector must submit the employer verification letter with the company stamp.

8. i-Ready perantis hendaklah melampirkan kontrak i-ready dan surat sokongan dari majikan beserta cop syarikat atau kerajaan. / I-ready apprentice must submit the i-ready contract and employer support letter with company or government stamp.
