This five-day training programme is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively deliver courses and make them competent trainers. Objectives:The main objective of this training programme is to enhance the capabilities of the participants in their training delivery using effective presentation and facilitation skills and techniques. Specifically, at the end of the training programme, the participants are expected to: explain what is training and the roles of the trainer; explain the different learning theories and styles, and principles of adult learning; prepare for training; implement training; evaluate training; and prepare and deliver training outputs.

Topics covered will include the following:

introduction to training; preparation for training; implementation of training; evaluation of training; and preparation and delivery of training outputs via micro-teaching and portfolio of evidence.

At least Year 11, with 3-5 years industry experience, can communicate in English, IT literate
