Hence, the new developers encourage to start their experiences in 2D before they are embarking on design and development of 3D animations. The focus of Unity lies in the development of both 2D and 3D animations or game and interactive content. While the focus of Adobe Flash is creating a simple to advance animation. Unity or Adobe Flash now support over 20 different target platforms for deploying. The most popular platforms are the PC and iOS systems.

Course Description: This course will offer skill development in the use of software to develop 2-dimentional (2D) animation including creating, importing and sequencing media elements to create multi-media presentations. Emphasis will be on conceptualization, creativity, and visual aesthetics. This course takes the students through various aspects of animation using a variety of 2D software. Developing concepts, storyboarding and production of several 2D animations will be accomplished.

Course Objectives: By the end of the course, the graduate will be able to demonstrate the ability to create quality animation performance through a creative and professional portfolio using principles of animation, drawing, design, cinematic storytelling, artistic expertise and innovation.

Course Content: 
Level 1: Basic/Beginners
Topics covered during this introductory course include creating projects, working with images and objects, using type, importing files, working with symbols in Flash, understanding masks, basics of animation, creating animated banners, creating a microsite and publishing.

Level 2: Intermediate
This intermediate course will let you take your already existing Unity/Flash knowledge and skills to the next level by teaching you some of the advanced animation and interactivity techniques.

Level 3: Advanced
Unity/Adobe Flash Advanced course is designed to teach you some of the most advanced features of Unity/Flash and give you an exposure to many other possibilities by using Coding/ActionScript.
