1. Borang ini adalah khusus bagi pencari kerja tempatan yang belum atau tidak bekerja termasuk pemohon yang bekerja secara bebas. / This form is only applicable to jobseeker including freelancer.

2. Pemohon hendaklah terdiri daripada rakyat atau penduduk tetap Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam. / Applicant must be a citizen or permanent resident of the government of His Majesty Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darusssalam.

3. Pemohon hendaklah berumur di antara 16 ke 45 tahun,Walau bagaimanapun, umur minimum bagi permohonan tertakluk kepada syarat-syarat yang dinyatakan bagi program-program tersebut. / Applicant must be aged between 16 to 45 years old, However, minimum age for application depends on the criteria stated in the programmes.

4. Pemohon hendaklah berdaftar di Jobcentre Brunei (JCB). / Applicant must be registered under Jobcentre Brunei (JCB).
