On 17th until 20th January 2024, four L3C officers from Programme and Participation Division (PPD) had attended the Specialist Course: Workshop Facilitation Skills delivered by SEAMEO VOCTECH at Training Room 02, L3C.

The main objective of the course was not only to highlight the concepts and principles underpinning facilitation, its current practices and impact but also to provide participants with practical skills for facilitating effective workshops.
