On 24th May 2023, Acting Director of L3C, Dr. Sheikh Lukman bin Sheikh Abdul Hamid and officers from Programme and Participation Division (PPD) of L3C were invited to the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Awarding Ceremony and Reception at the home of His Excellency Maeda Toru, Ambassador of Japan to Brunei Darussalam. In addition, attended as the GOH and special guests were the Permanent Secretary (Higher Education), Vice Chancellor of UBD, Deputy Permanent Secretary (Higher Education) and Deputy Permanent Secretary (Core Education).
