The continuation to the first Strategic Management Stakeholder Engagement Workshop

Last week on Thursday, 16th of February 2023, L3C through the Corporate and HR team organized a full day post-workshop as the continuation to the first Strategic Management Stakeholder Engagement Workshop. During the post-workshop, the team discussed on how to improve together as an organization using SWOT analysis by building on what we do well, address what we are lacking, seize new opening and minimize risks. In the afternoon session, the team discussed the 5-year implementation plan in alignment with the Centre’s strategic plan.
