To provide students with a broad understanding of the history of Islam and the formation of societies and its impact on the modern world. The module aims to provide insights into the role Islam in shaping historical and contemporary social, religious, cultural, intellectual, and political features of society development. It focuses on both the achievements and contributions of Islam, as well as challenges with modernity, democracy, and pluralism.
